Guest Luggage Storage

The Brisbane Convention Centre has a cloak room at its main reception at Corner of Merivale and Glenelg Street. No storage is available at the event area.

Melbourne
There is a storage room available at the event for Melbourne Guests.

Doors open at 10am for badge collection and morning tea.
Check in closes at 10.55am
Presentation by our Special Guests begins at 11am  - Auditorium doors close at 11am – no late comers
Ultimate Liberty shopping experience, fashion parade book signings, competitions, and giveaways begins at 12pm.
Lunch available from 1pm. 
Day concludes at 4.30pm
Full day event – not a regular craft show.

Tickets to the Liberty Showcase are available exclusively through our official website:

Please Note:
All tickets must be printed or presented digitally and brought to the event.
Upon arrival, exchange your ticket for an entry badge and a Liberty showbag.
Tickets are linked to the purchaser’s email address and will be emailed after purchase.
You must present valid ID that matches the name on the ticket at the event.
Do not purchase tickets from resellers, only tickets from our official website will be accepted.

Why only Melbourne and Brisbane?

We’re incredibly lucky to welcome our Liberty guests to Australia for a short visit, and we’re thrilled to host them in Melbourne and Brisbane.

Unfortunately, we weren’t able to secure additional tour stops in other states this time around.

We hope you’ll consider making a special weekend getaway to join us for this rare and exciting event,  it’s truly a one-of-a-kind experience!

Brisbane - Refunds are available up until 4pm Friday the 6th February 2026 , as all venue and catering arrangements will have been finalised.
Melbourne - Refunds are available up until 4pm Friday the 13th February 2026 as all venue and catering arrangements will have been finalised.
This is a private, ticketed event – no door sales will be available.

Please remember:

Tickets are linked to the purchaser’s email address.
Tickets will be emailed and must be exchanged for show passes on the day.
Photo ID is required for entry.
Beware of resellers – tickets are only valid if purchased through our official website.

These talented retailers are currently busy creating beautiful projects and designing their unique booths for what promises to be a truly special showcase.

What Liberty fabric collections will be on sale at event?

The star of our Liberty Showcase event is the launch of Liberty Fabrics SS26 Floral Rebellion. 
Retailers will also be exhibiting and selling fabrics from the Classic Collection, Autumn Winter 25,  SS25 Retold, Capsule collections, Japan collections & historical collections. Plus new & past Lasenby Collections and Basics.

No. Self-promotion, advertising, or marketing of personal or third-party products or services is not permitted without prior written approval from the event organiser.

This includes (but is not limited to) selling products, distributing flyers or business cards, displaying logos or branding, collecting customer details for marketing, or directing attendees to external shops, websites, or social media accounts.

The organiser reserves the right to request removal of promotional material or, in serious or repeated cases, ask the individual to leave the event.

It is the culmination of Chris Roche and Fiona Mason’s many years of experience in the craft and textile industries. They identified a gap in the industry for a boutique, energetic craft supplier devoted to sourcing premium brands with a difference.
